Texas,’ which follows one of the first major court cases in Texas after the overturning of Roe v. Wade. The film opened on the East Coast at the 2024 Hampton International Film Festival (HIFF) where at the conclusion of the festival (with over 180 films shown), it received an award from the Artemis Rising Foundation for Social Impact.

Ellen “Lily” Myers is dedicated to telling the stories that need to be told in film, which she believes is our most powerful medium.
